Newton International Fellowships 2009
Introduction:
Newton International Fellowships select the best Post-Doctoral researchers from all over world and offer them support for 2 years at UK research Institutions. This Scheme will cover broad range of natural and social science, engineering and humanities. As part of Package, all Newton fellows who remain in research will be granted 10 year follow-up funding worth 6000 pounds per annum.
Eligibility:
Applicants must have completed PhD.
Candidates have not held one or two postdoctoral positions.
Candidate must be working outside UK and should not hold UK citizenship at the time of application.
Candidate must have strong research project and a UK sponsor.
Dates to remember:
The closing date for the next round of applications is 12 January 2009.
