Introduction:
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University established by Government of NCT of Delhi under the provisions of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998 read with its Amendment in 1999. The University is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC), India under section 12B of UGC Act. t is an affiliating and teaching University that aims to facilitate and promote studies, research and extension work in emerging areas of higher education with focus on professional education in the disciplines of engineering, technology, architecture, management, medicine, pharmacy, physiotherapy, nursing, education, law, journalism and mass communication, etc. and also to achieve excellence in these and related fields and other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Eligibility:
Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. A candidate also must have passed in English (core or elective or functional) as a subject of study (core or elective or functional) in the qualifying examination.

The Admission Brochure-cum-Application form for Brochures I, II and III can be obtained from 55 select branches of Punjab & Sind Bank, spread all across India. The Admission Brochure-cum-Application form for PG Medical programmes
(Admission Brochure-IV) can be obtained from any of the centres listed below on submission of a bank draft/ bankers cheque of Rs. 800 (Rupees Eight Hundred only) drawn in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi.
