Introduction: ING’s Global Risk Talent Programme is a three-year traineeship for one of the most exciting careers in finance – risk professional at ING.ING’s risk management specialists identify, measure and assess the likelihood of certain events happening (everything from the everyday to the unthinkable), their potential impact should they happen – and devise ways to manage them.ING’s Global Risk Talent Programme is a unique chance to learn by doing.By the end of the traineeship, you’ll not only be an experienced risk professional, you’ll also be fully equipped to take the next step in your career.

Eligibility: Masters degree in Actuary, Financial Mathematics, Economics, Business administration, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry or related beta studies. people who see opportunities wherever they look. And who believe in doing well by doing the right thing by our customers, our stakeholders and each other.

Selection Procedure: Once you have applied, we’ll start our selection process. This involves the following stages:
1. CV selection and shortlisting
2. Online assessment (abstract reasoning, numerical insight test, personality questionnaire)
3. Competency-based (telephone) interview
4. Business interview
5. Assessment centre (half day)
6. Panel interview in Amsterdam
