Introduction: CN is an important event in the area of computer networks and applications. The conference will be held at the same time and location where several other major international conferences will be taking place.

Scope: The scope of the conference includes all areas of computer networks and applications. Sample topics include but WILL NOT be limited to:
3G and beyond / Cognitive radio networks / Communication and information theory / Cross-layer design and optimization / Future internet architectures and protocols / Internet services and network management / Internet services and applications / Internet services, systems and applications / Multimedia networking / Network algorithms and performance evaluation / Network architecture and hardware / Network architecture and protocols etc.

Abstract Submission: Please send an email to contact(at)promoteresearch.org as per the following specifications:
1. The subject of the email SHOULD be: CN-10 draft paper submission.
2. The body of the email should contain the (completed) paper/author information.
3. The attachment of the email should be the draft paper in either MS-WORD, or PDF or PS format. Please see below for the formatting instructions for the draft paper.
Important Dates:
Draft paper submission date: February 1, 2010.
Acceptance/rejection decision: March 1, 2010.
Camera ready paper, copyright and pre-registration due: April 2, 2010.
Conference dates: July 12-14, 2010.

Venue: The conference will be held at the Imperial Swan Hotel & Suites located at 7050 South Kirkman Road, Orlando, Florida, 32819-8284, USA.
