Introduction:
Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Research is a Deemed University which provides Project Oriented Courses to the aspiring candidates. The Program conducted by the Institute will begin in summer for 6-8 weeks (mid May to July). Institute aims at infusing creativity and scientific knowledge to the under graduates. Selected students are expected to work at centre for three consecutive summers and will receive monthly scholarship of Rs 5000/-. Upon successful completion of program, the students will receive diploma in Chemistry or Biology from the centre. Those candidates who complete POCE/POBE program with outstanding performance will be eligible for admission to the MS/PhD program in the centre subject to satisfactory oerformance in the Interview. JawaharLal Nehru centre is located in Bangalore.

POCE:
Eligibility:
1. Student must be studying in 1st year B.Sc.
2. Student must be studying combination of Physics , Chemistry, and mathematics subject.
POBE:
Eligibility:
1. Student must be studying in 1st year B.Sc.
2. B.SC can be pursued in any of the course in Science discipline.
