Download the application form either from the institute’s web site or in person / requisition by post by sending a DD for Rs. 360/- (US $50 for foreign & NRI students) in favour of “SUVERNA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES” payable at Ooty, India.
