Introduction:
‘Ojas’ – This four letter lexicon excerpt has been derived from the principles of Vedas. It is a mixture of eclectic elements to form a central supreme source of vitality, vibrancy and endurance. Through the lens of the festival, it is a congregation of diverse events, involving participation of the country’s best brains, from which germinates a rich pool of ideas and thoughts. We believe that this concept is manifested in businesses by the ideas that drive new thought and outlook. The power of the human mind to change the course of the world – the potential of a new idea to capture the imagination of generations to come – the innate strength in each one of us to think differently – are the drivers of progress.The fest, to be held between the 13th and the 15th of February 2009, aims to bring together and highlight the various aspects of the life of a manager. It is a concoction of business events and a host of diverse activities which forms the right recipe for a well rounded individual. OJAS is a call to everyone to come together for three unforgettable days to our campus where the very air will be charged with their ideas. It will be an event from which each person shall go back richer (with experiences) and wiser (with learnings). What more could one ask for?
