ADMISSION INTO B.V.Sc AND A.H DEGREE COURSE 2008-2009
Applications in the prescribed proforma are invited for admission into B.V.Sc. & A.H. Degree Course of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati under NRI quota for the academic year 2008-2009.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

ELIGIBILITY:
(1) A Pass in Two year Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized and equivalent thereto by the Intermediate Board with 50% marks in aggregate in optionals from BI.P.C Stream.
(2) A candidate must have qualified in EAMCET or any National Level Talent Test conducted by National Organizations in the year 2008-2009 except the test conducted by Veterinary Council of India, New Delhi.

FEES: One time admission fee of US$10,000 and tuition fee of US$4,000 per year besides normation fee on par with other regular studetns every semester.

NUMBER OF SEATS:
10 seats are available each in three colleges namely College of Veterinary Science, Tirupati, College of Vetrinary Science, Rajendranagar and NTR College of Veterinary Science, Gannavaram.

The fee amount shall be paid by the selected candidates in US$ or its equivalent INdian Currency (Rupees) at the time of Counselling in the form of a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University payable at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Sale of Application form will commence from 25-08-2008 on payment of Rs.450/- (Rupees four hundred fifty only) in person. Those who wish to obtain application form by post may obtain the same from the above centers only by sending a Crossed Demand Draft for RS.450/- drawn from any branch of Andhra Bank or State Bank of Hyderabad in favour of the Comptroller, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati payable at Tirupati along with a self addresed envelope (12″X14″) duly affixing postal stamps worth of Rs.52/- (Rupees fifty two only). No postal order will be accepted in this regard.

Requisitions for application forms by post will not be entertained after 30-08-2008. However, applications will be sold by hand on cash payment up to 05-09-2008.

The filled in applications should be sent to the Registrar, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, ADministrative Office, Regional Library Building, Tirupati-517502 and they should reach this office on or before 5.00 PM on 10-09-2008.

The date of counselling shall be notified separately.
