The Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University established by an Act of the Government in 2004, is unique and first of its kind in India as an affiliating University, exclusively for Physical Education and Sports. The said Act came into force with effect form 15th September 2005 after obtaining the ascent from His Excellency, the Presidnet of India on 05-08-2005. Applications are invited for the following courses.

Applications can be had form the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University’, in person on payment of RS.100/- or by post on payment of RS.175/- by means of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘The Director, DDE, Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University’, payable at Chennai.

The last date for filled in application: 31-10-2008.
