Pakistan Flood Reconstruction Scholarship 2011 at University of Western Australia
Introduction : The UWA Pakistan Flood Reconstruction Scholarship is available for PhD research in the broad field of agriculture to aid Pakistan in the task of reconstruction following the devastating floods in 2010. The proposed research must be of demonstrable benefit to the restoration or improvement of agricultural capacity in relation to post flood reconstruction efforts in affected areas in Pakistan.
Living Allowance Stipend : The scholarship provides a living allowance stipend of AU$26,360 per annum in 2011.
Duration : Up to 4 years
Eligibility : The scholarship is open to Citizens of Pakistan. Preference will be given to graduates of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, but graduates from other universities in Pakistan will be considered. Applicants should hold, or expect to obtain, a first class honours degree (or equivalent) in agriculture, engineering, or a related field.

Until you submit your application (Submitting the Application Form), the status of your application will be UNSUBMITTED. When you have submitted the application, the status will change to SUBMITTED and you will see the date and time on which the application was submitted. The status will change to EVIDENCE RECEIVED when the Scholarships Office has received your documentary evidence (see 5: Documentary Evidence). If we do not receive your documents during the ranking process, your status will be shown as NO EVIDENCE RECEIVED.
